Ingredients

5-6 servings
  1. 1 cupMoong dal split(yellow)
  2. 4-6Green chilies finely chopped
  3. 1 tablespoonFresh coriander
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. 1 teaspoonRed chilli powder
  6. 1 teaspoonHeeng/Asafoetida
  7. 1 teaspoonCoriander powder
  8. 1/2 teaspoonGaram masala
  9. 1 teaspoonGinger grated
  10. as neededOil for frying

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Soak moong dal/skinless split for 2hrs,grind into a thick batter.(bit coarse)

  2. 2

    Add all spices and coriander leaves green chillies

  3. 3

    Mix this batter with your hands for 10-12Minute...it will become fluffy

  4. 4

    Heat oil in walk,now fry take small portion of batter from your fingers,and fry pakoras on medium flame.

  5. 5

    Fry pakoras till the colour changes golden.

  6. 6

    Now serve hot crispy pakoras with green chutney or grated reddish
