I googled the recipes. Most of the recipes suggest that I baked but since I don't have an oven I used my steamer instead. The result is good awesome! It texture more like a jelly pudding which is I love.

Ingredients

  1. 4 tbspsgranulated sugar
  2. 2 cupslow fat milk
  3. 2eggs
  4. 1 tbspvanilla essence
  5. 5 slicesbreads
  6. 100 graisins
  7. 2 tbspsbutter
  8. For the sauce :-
  9. 2 tbspCustard Flour
  10. 1 canEvaporated Milk
  11. 2 tbspSugar
  12. 2 tspVanilla Essence
  13. 100 mlwater

Cooking Instructions

    Mix together granulated sugar, eggs, and milk in a bowl; add vanilla. Pour over teared bread and let sit for 10 minutes.

    In another bowl, pour melted butter then pour prepared breads into it. Sprinkle with raisins. Steam for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

    For the sauce:

    Mix together the granulated sugar, custard flour, evaporated milk, water and vanilla essence in a saucepan. Mix it well before stir it over medium heat. Stir together until the sugar is melted and the sauce is thicken.

    Pour the sauce over the bread pudding. Serve warm or cold.
