This eggless mango mousse, with it's creamy mouth- feel and strong flavour of mangoes is a must try in the summer months.
Steps

Start beating the heavy cream and whip until it's stiff.

Now combine the whipped cream and mango pulp in a deep bowl and fold it gently.Keep aside.

Put the whipped cream and mango mixture in separate icing bags and cut of the tip.Keep aside.

Take serving glasses.Put some chopped mangoes at bottom of the glasses.

Top it with a layer of whipped cream.

Then top it with a layer of mango mixture.

Again top it with a layer of whipped cream and last layer of mango mixture.

Now make a swirl with whipped cream on the top of the total mixture.

Garnish with sliced mango and mint sprig.

Refrigerate it for at least 1 hour or till the mousse sets.

Serve chilled.
