Ingredients

20 minutes
3 servings
  • 3mango (pureed)
  • 1 cupchaana(homemade paneer)
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 3-4 tablespoonmilkmaid
  • 1 handfulkaju kishmish
  • As neededghee

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat ghee and saute the mango pulp with a pinch of salt

  2. 2

    As the water dries up add chaana and stir briskly

  3. 3

    Add kaju kishmish and sugar,stir constantly

  4. 4

    Finally add milkmaid and mix well

  5. 5

    Pour it in a bowl and keep in the refrigerator

  6. 6

    Serve it cool
