Take a bowl add besan suji sugar ginger green chilliespaste tarmaric powder salt citric acid

Mix well add water make a smooth thick paste

Now heat 2 TBS water when boiled add 1tbs oil

Add soda over batter and pour hot water over it mix well

The batter will become light and fluffy

Pour greased plate and steam for 10 mints

Cool down and cut into pieces

Heat a pan add oil Rai curry leaves and water and sugar pour over dhokla
