Bel ka sharbet a summer cooling drink made from Bel fruit also known as Baengal quince or stone apple or wood apple.
Steps

First take the Bel fruit with the rolling pin (Belan) heat all around and open the shell and you will see a brown coloured pulp.

With the spoon scoop out the soft pulp and put it into a bowl and mix 3 cups of water in it.

Soak this mixture for 20 to 30 min.

After 20 min with a veggie masher mash the pulp. Mash very well.

Using the strainer strain the mash mixture in another bowl.

Now put sugar or jaggery and cold water can be adjusted as per your requirement.

Mix very well and pour in the glass and serve Bel ka sharbet.

You can the Bel Sharbet thin or thick by adding more or less water.
