I love mutton as it is soft and easy to cook.
Steps

Cut your mutton into bite size pieces. Put in a saucepan. Add the tumeric and salt and cook covered on low heat till all the mutton juices dry up.

Add the chopped onions, chopped garlic and cover for 5 minutes.

Add chopped tomatoes, coriander, roico and stir thoroughly. Cover and cook for 5minutes.

Add the chopped carrots, and cook for a further 5minutes or till done. If your food is too dry you can add some water.

Peel your potatoes and clean them well. Heat oil and deep fry till well cooke. Serve with the mutton stew and any vegetables of your choice.
