Ingredients

  • 1big bowl watermelon shell
  • 1/2 cupcup of water
  • 1 cupsugar
  • As needed drops liquid colour red
  • As neededdrops liquid colour yellow
  • as neededdrops liquid colour green

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel the watermelon sheel.

  2. 2

    Then cut in small pcs.

  3. 3

    Take a wok add 3glass of water then water boil add watermelon pcs boil for 15 minutes.

  4. 4

    After 15 minutes then water r drain.

  5. 5

    Then cool and dry.

  6. 6

    Take a wok add half cup of water and sugar boil the water add watermelon pcs cook for high flame in 20 minutes approximately.

  7. 7

    After cook divide in equal three parts add colour and mix rest at overnight.

    Then next day cherry dry.
