At first saute the grated bottle gourd with ghee and a pinch of salt

Now add milk and cover it till it become soft

Add sugar and kaju kishmish and mix well
- 4
Finally add nutmeg and fennel seeds powder and mix
- 5
Remove it into a bowl

Now add 2 teaspoon sugar and 1/2 teaspoon water to caramalise
- 7
Add poppy seeds into it and mix
- 8
Spread the caramalise sugar evenly over the halwa
- 9
Cool it by keeping into a refrigerater
- 10
Garnish it with rose petals and serve
