  • 400 gflour
  • 200 gsugar
  • 100 gmargarine /butter
  • 1 tbsbaking powder
  • 3eggs
  • 11/2 cupthick coconut milk
  • Lemon zest

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven

  2. 2

    Cream the sugar and margarine /butter

  3. 3

    Put the eggs one by one

  4. 4

    Fold in the flour and coconut milk

  5. 5

    Grease your baking pan and bake at 180 degrees
