Ingredients

25 gmsbig soya chunks
25 gmscrushed soya granules
Salt as per taste
1onion
1medium tomato
1/2 tspred chilli powder
1/2 tspcoriander powder
1/2 tsproasted cumin powder
1/2 tspgaram masala powder
1 pinchturmeric powder
1 tbspghee
As neededcoriander leaves

Steps

Soak both soya mixed together in a strainer for 10 mins. Take a cooker & add 1 tbsp oil or ghee. Add finely chopped onion & cook it till golden brown. Add diced or chopped tomatoes. Add salt & dry spices. Cook till ghee leaves sides. Add soya & coriander leaves. Whistle for 4 & enjoy
