In a bowl add cream cheese and 2 tspn of sugar and mix it properly.

In a separate bowl add water and the remaining sugar, cardamom powder and make a syrup of it.

Now with the help of the finger roll the samosa sheets around the finger in the shape of a roll and fry till golden.

Now fill the rolls with cream cheese filling

Dip the rolls in the sugar syrup and coat it in pistachios.

Dish is ready to serve
