Ingredients

  • 1 cupSoaked sabudana
  • 1/2 tspMustard seeds
  • 1 tspUradh dal
  • 1 tspGreen chillies (chopped)
  • As neededCurry leaves
  • 2 tbspOil
  • 3 tbspBroken ground nuts
  • to tasteSalt
  • As neededCoriander leaves for garnishing

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and soak sabudana

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a kadai,add mustard seeds let it crackle,add uradh fry till golden brown,add green chillies and curry leaves fry for a minute

  3. 3

    Add soaked sabudana cook till transparent or done add salt and broken nuts

    Garnish with chopped coriander leaves

    Serve hot
