Marinate the chicken drumsticks with lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder and salt for 30 minutes.

Next add egg, Maida, cornflour and rice flour. Mix well and keep aside for sometime.

Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. When hot, drop drumsticks one by one and fry till golden brown.
