  • 500 mlMilk
  • 2 tbspCustard powder
  • 2Chopped mango
  • 4 dropsVanilla essence
  • 2 tbspCastor sugar
  • As neededPomegranate seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    Ingredients of mango custard.

    Puree a chopped mango and mix the custardpowder with 1/2cup milk.

    Heat a pan add milk, when milk start boiling add milk mix custard slowly and stir continuously.

    When milk becomes thicken add sugar and mango puree.

    Mix the milk and mangopuree nicely, add vanila essence.

    Ready the custard mango.

    Pour this with serving glasses and freeze it.

    At the time of serving garnishing with chopped mango and pomegranate seeds, serve it cool cool.
