Buta Kimchi 豚肉ニラ

I will use Nira for buta kimchi kind of combination with reba nira. A vegetable known as nira in Japanese, buchu in Korean, and gachoy in Cantonese and kucay at Bahasa. Or easily we call it garlic chives. This is my forst time look and use this vegetable here. But believe me, its delicious!!!

Minced garlic and ginger

Slice Nira (garlic leaves) and onion leaves

Cut your meat then mix with black pepper and salt

Mix soy sauce, sake and vinegar

Prepare your pan with oil (i use seed oil)

🔥Saute garlic and ginger until smell good

🔥🔥 put inside your meat and stir fry

Until brown

Put your kimchi, don't too much at first time, make sure enough for your meat and look red. Wait a moment until kimchi deep inside your meat.

Put your onion leave and nira then stir
