  1. 1/2 cupall purpose flour
  2. 1 tspcorn flour
  3. 1 pinchsalt
  4. 1 cupmango pulp
  5. 1/2 cupmango cubes
  6. 1 pinchcardamon powder
  7. 1 tspcastor sugar
  8. 1/2 cupsugar

Cooking Instructions

    Take a bowl add all purpose flour, corn flour, salt, water and mix well to make thin batter

  2. 2

    Add mango pulp and mix it, later add oil and mix

  3. 3

    Heat little oil on pan and wipe out with tissue

  4. 4

    Pour one ladlefull batter, rotate it and cook it for 30 sec and transfer it to the plate

    Take a bowl add mango cubes and castor sugar and mix it

  6. 6

    Place mango mixture into crepe and fold it into triangle shape

  7. 7

    Heat another pan and melt sugar, once sugar is caramelized add 1tsp mango pulp and mix it.

    Take serving plate arrange stuffed mango crepes and pour caramelized syrup and garnish with mango cubes and serve.
