Whisk well the eggs with the sugar until you have foam

Add vanilla, salt, baking powder and the yeast. Whisk well

Add milk and water and stirr well (I use electric whisk).

Add the flour, combine well and get it whipped without clumps.

Pre heat the pan, before each blinch (crepe) I put one drop of any oil and spread it on the pan with a kitchen paper towel.

When you pour your butter onto the pan keep it as thin as possible, spreading it across the pan using motional circles.

You can turn it once it's brown underneath (around 10 sec on medium-high heat).
