In a frying pan add the oil then after heating up the oil add chopped onions and whole spices fry until golden brown and add turmeric powder stir well add 1 spoon of salt add coriander powder curry leaves chillies and beat the eggs 🥚 and stir one close the lid and let it cook for 5 min in a low flame
