  • 100 gramteasle gourd sliced
  • 1/4 teaspoonturmeric powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

    Marinate the gourd slices with salt turmeric powder and sugar

    Heat oil in a pan add the gourd

    Cover it for 10 mimutes

    Serve it with plain rice and daal
