Take a bowl and add semolina, carrot, onion, capsicum, tomato, salt, crushed pepper, red chilli powder into it and mix it well with water and let it rest for 15-20 minutes.

Put a pan on the flame and grease it well with oil. Pour the batter according to your size preference and cook it well from both sides and grate some cheese on one of the side of the cheela and cover it with a lid from a minute and switch off the flame.

Your vegetable cheela is ready to serve. Serve it with any sauce or dip.
