Steps
- 1
Soak suji and milk. Take a heavy bottom kadhai. Add Desi ghee and sugar together. Cook on low flame till sugar changes it colour to light brown. Make sure do not stirr it round. Stir it up and down. When sugar is light brown then add suji and milk batter. Cook it on low flame and again remember it should be stir up and down. When suji changes it's colour to light brown, halva is ready.
- 2
Now, take it own in another vessel by squeezing the extra ghee. U vl left about 1/2 bowl Desi ghee as suji will soak only about 1/2 bowl Desi ghee. Garnish with chopped dry fruits.
