Ingredients

  • 2 litermilk
  • 100 gm sugar
  • 5-6green cardman
  • 1/4 tspcitric acid
  • 10-15pista
  • 2 tspmishri in pieces

Steps

  1. 1

    1/4cup milk keep aside

  2. 2

    Rest milk boil,till thicken,like mawa,

  3. 3

    Add citric acid,cook 2 minutes.I

  4. 4

    Add sugar, illaichi par,till sugar. Melted

  5. 5

    Add 1/4cup milk and off the guess

  6. 6

    Cool it

  7. 7

    Add mishri pieces and pista
