Place a pan on a medium flame. Add githeri, peas, potatoes (diced into small cubes) chickpeas and a cup of water and let them boil for five mins.

Add tomato paste, garlic ginger paste, salt, black pepper and stir. Add vinegar and sugar and stir to mix. Cover and let it simmer for 10 mins.

Put off your flame add garam masala and stir. Sprinkle coriander cover and let it sit for 5 mins then serve.
