Ingredients

  • 1 cupQuinoa-
  • 2 cupWater
  • Mix veggies(peas carrot beans capsicum)
  • 1cupSpinach- finely cut
  • 1Green onion-cut finely
  • 1Onion- smalll cut finely
  • 1 tspChat masala-
  • 2Green chilli-
  • 1/2tspGaram masala-
  • 2 tbspCornflour-
  • to tasteSalt
  • Oil for shallow fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat 2 cups water
    When boil add quinoa and vegetables

  2. 2

    Add palak after 5minutes.switch off gas leave side with cover for 1/2 hour
    Squeeze etc water

  3. 3

    Add all other ingredients and mix well
    Make balls as desired shape

  4. 4

    Heat non- stick Tawana apply oil
    Roast kabab from both sides

  5. 5

    Eat with chutney or sauce
