Put the potatoes in the oven for 40 minutes scoop the inner if the potatoes into a bowl

Grab a pan and Chop up some bacon add Lea & Perrins sauce and sprinkle some smoked Paprika. When done add the bacon into the potatoes and mix.

Put the mixture back in the potato skins and serve Add chives on top and salad of your choosing
