Suitable cake for making tiramisu. You can either form it into a lady finger, or just bake it in a baking pan like I did. Have fun!

Suitable cake for making tiramisu. You can either form it into a lady finger, or just bake it in a baking pan like I did. Have fun!
Steps

Whisk the egg whites and cream of tartar until half fluffy and add 3 tbsp sugar. Continue to whisk it until it stifff nd fluffy.

In the other bowl, whisk egg yolks with 3 tbsp of sugar, until the color turns pale and the mixture is a bit sticky.

Add the egg whites mixture to the egg yolks mixture in three stages. Gently fold them until it well incorporated.

Shift the flour to the mixture and keep folding it until well combined.

Pour the batter into baking pan that already buttered and floured or using piping bag, shape the mixture into lady fingers shape.

Bake in a 190 degree celcius (preheated the oven) for 7-10 minutes for the lady ginger shape, and 20 minutes for a baking pan.
