Caramalized Khas Khas Halwa

Clean Khas Khas.

Soak it for three or four hours in water.

Seive Khas Khas.Grind it with 1/2 cup milk in grinder till it becomes smooth.

Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a heavy bottomed kadhai.Add khas khas and fry it on medium heat till nice aroma comes.Keep it aside.

Now take sugar in a kadhai.Caramalize it. Soon after add fried Khas Khas and milk. Add ghee.

Stir it well till the halwa leaves kadhai.

Add elaichi powder.Take it out and garnish with almonds juliens.

Serve hot.
