Steps

Stir besan with ghee and roast till golden brown and fragrant

Add ghee if necessary

To make besan grainy add 1 tbsp water to it

Now stir the batter constantly until the form settles

Transfer the besan to a plate and let cool

Touch and feel, if besan cools down add chopped dry fruits, cardamom and sugar

Mix everything for binding ladoos.bind them in round shape and make ladoos as desired 😋
