It's a very tasty dessert 🍨 and too cool to beat the heat in country like India 🇮🇳 in this summer season when temperature 🤒 is rising too high let's beat the heat with this yummy recipe

Put the milk in a pan and boil it for 5-7 minutes and then add 4 pieces of bread (sides should be cut)

Then add grinded cardamom and saffron threads. Boil it until it gets thickened. Put off the flame 🔥 add sugar and let it cool.add chopped pistachios.

Pour the mixture in a plastic box and cover it with foil paper and cover the box in a newspaper and put it in freezer for overnight. Next morning take it out from the freezer. After some time churn the mixture with the help of a beater and mix some whipped cream and fold it gently. Now divide into 3 parts.

In first pourtion pour mango purée and churn it again and put it in the plastic box. For the second layer add rose syrup and churn it too and pour it on the mango purée layer. For the top layer you can add some mawa or milkcake and churn it again and pour it on the top and again cover the box like previously and put it into freezer for 7-8 hours. It's tasty as well as healthy too because It doesn't contains any chemical and purely homemade dessert 🍨

You can make candy icecream too from this mixture. Just pour the mixture in different kulfi moulds or icecream cups and serve them as ice lollipops
