Mango Fudge(Burfi)

During Ramadan mangoes are in plenty so why not make a delicious mango burfi with it. This is a very simple recipe using minimum ingredients. I am sure you will fell in love with the flavour.

Steps

Heat clarified butter in a pan and roast gram flour till it releases fragrant aroma. Don't let it get brown. Remove from heat and keep aside.

Now in a non-stick pan add mango paste and sugar and cook on low heat till it thickens a bit.

Now add roasted gram flour and cardamom powder and cook on slow heat till the mixture leaves sides of the pan.

Grease a mould and transfer the mixture in it. Tap it gently so that it sets evenly.

Sprinkle almond slices on top.

When it comes to room temperature keep it in the fridge till it get set.

Cut into your desired shape and serve.
