Ingredients

45 minutes
6 servings
  • 2 cupsflour
  • 2bananas, mashed
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 1 tspbicarbonate of soda
  • 1 cupwarm water
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 250 gmargarine

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix sugar and margarine until smooth

  2. 2

    Add eggs beat then add all dry ingredients

  3. 3

    Add mashed bananas to the mixture and water mix well until combined

  4. 4

    Grease the square baking tin pour the mixture and bake for 45 minutes.
