Steps

Prepare a paste of boiled onion,tomato, cashew raisins,garlic

Mash potato and mix chena, vegetables salt sugar chilli Powder and corn flour

Form balls deep fry and keep aside

Pour the masala paste into the oil and saute

Add salt sugar and garam masala powder, fennel seeds powder
- 6
Add kofta and simmer for a while

Serve it with naan
