Steps

Slice the bread and cut it in shape. Deep fry the pieces of bread and
keep them aside. - 2
For rabdi:- Reduce the milk to half it's total quantity and mix milk, sugar, saffron and elaichi powder
together. - 3
Make sugar syrup and add some saffron in it

Soak the fried bread in sugar syrup.
- 5
Arrange the bread pieces on a serving plate and pour rabdi on top of them. Garnish with silver leaf, rose water, pistachio and saffron.
