Ingredients

  • 4-5potato boiled and mashed
  • 1/2 cuppaneer grated
  • 1/4 cupboiled peas
  • 1/4 cupboiled sweet corn
  • 1/4 cupboiled carrots
  • 1 tspchaat masala
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper
  • 1/2 tspfinnely chopped ginger
  • 2 tbspChopped coriander
  • to tasteSalt
  • Cheese cubes cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 cupSuji
  • Oil for cooking

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the Ingredients together except Suji and cheese

  2. 2

    Take small portion

  3. 3

    Make a space in between with your thumb

  4. 4

    Place cheese and roll between hands and make patties

  5. 5

    Cover it with suji

  6. 6

    Cook on a Tawa on low flame till golden brown

  7. 7

    Serve hot with chutni or sauce
