250 gsnow peas
250 gFrench beans
1leek
Olive/vegetable oil
1 Tbspgaram masala
PinchSalt

Preheat oven to 220 degrees

Chop the leek

Place the snow peas, French beans and chopped leek on a baking tray. Ensure they are spread out.

Drizzle oil, sprinkle salt and garam masala on the vegetables.

Bake for 8-10 minutes until they are tender.

Serve with rice.
