First you soaked the dal over night or 4 to 5 hours. Beat the dal smooth. Add salt green chilli and coriander and kaju. Heat the oil.

Fry the barde. Keep the bde in cold water for 1 hour for soaked. Now take curd. Add salt and sugar. Beat it. Add 1 tsp zeera powder and black pepper. Now take a bowl keep bde in curd.

Add curd on it. Now spread red chilli powder and zeera powder. Spread coriander leaves. Keep in the freeze for half hour. Serve
