Ingredients

  1. 1bowlBlack gram(kala chana)--
  2. 1bowlChopped onion lengthwise--1bowl
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. 1/2 tspnCumin seeds--
  5. 1/2 tspnGaramasala powder
  6. 1/2 tspnGreen chilli chopped
  7. 2 tspGarlic chopped--
  8. 1/2 tbspOil--
  9. pinchAsafoetida / hing -

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak chana overnight..Wash thoroughly.

  2. 2

    Take pressure cooker heat oil in it, splutter cumin seeds and chilli.

  3. 3

    After cracking add all the ingredients mix well and add 1/4bowl water.

  4. 4

    Pressure cook for at least 5-6whistlegarnish with coriander leaves and sev.
