Ingredients

1bowlBlack gram(kala chana)--
1bowlChopped onion lengthwise--1bowl
to tasteSalt
1/2 tspnCumin seeds--
1/2 tspnGaramasala powder
1/2 tspnGreen chilli chopped
2 tspGarlic chopped--
1/2 tbspOil--
pinchAsafoetida / hing -

Soak chana overnight..Wash thoroughly.

Take pressure cooker heat oil in it, splutter cumin seeds and chilli.

After cracking add all the ingredients mix well and add 1/4bowl water.

Pressure cook for at least 5-6whistlegarnish with coriander leaves and sev.
