Steps

Put the rice and dal in a bowl and wash it properly, Put the washed rice, dal into pressure cooker and all the vegetables.

Add one cup of water, turmeric powder and salt (optional) stir it.

Closed the pressure cooker properly, turn on the flame and reduce the flame to medium,cook it for 5 -6 whistles on medium flame.

After 5-6 whistles, turn off the flame,open it carefully and mix it.

Put the khichdi in a blending jar, add little water to blend it. close the jar and blend it into paste. Khichdi is ready enjoy.
