Ingredients

  1. As neededvegetable oil
  2. 5mojarra fish
  3. Garlic salt, to taste
  4. 2cucumbers
  5. 2tomatoes
  6. Avocado, to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Rinse the mojarra fish thoroughly, inside and out, until all the dark parts are removed.

  2. 2

    Season the mojarra with garlic salt to taste.

    Heat the oil. Once it's hot, fry the mojarra until lightly golden, then flip to cook the other side.

    Drain the fish to remove excess oil.

  5. 5

    Prepare the side dish with cucumber, tomato, and avocado.

  6. 6

    Serve the fish with the side dish and enjoy!
