  • 2carrots
  • 2cucumbers
  • to tasteSalt
  • Black pepper

    Wash the carrots and cucumber and trim the edges

  2. 2

    Grate them into long strips...both carrots and cucumber

  3. 3

    Add the salt and black pepper

  4. 4

    Chill in the fridge before serving
