Wash pepper, onions and tomatoes and dice; heat up vegetable oil in a frying pan and once its hot, add onions and stir for about 2 minutes

Add tomatoes and pepper and stir together leave it to fry for about 5 minutes before add salt, knorr cube and dash of oregano
- 3
Stir and remove from heat after 2 minutes of cooking the sauce, serve with either boiled yam or plantain or even rice.
