Rinse the quinoa in water, repeat 2-3 times. Then soak it in water for 10 min. After 10 mins drain the water fully and take soaked quinoa in a pan and add 1 /2 cup water. Mix well, cover the pot with a lid and cook for 10 mins keep it undisturbed. Open the lid and mix it well once again.

Then add the milk to the cooked quinoa. Then add almonds powder, cardamon powder. Add jaggery syrup and mix it well. Boil it for 5 mins and switch off the flame. Then transfer it to a mixer. Grind it to a smooth/coarse paste.
