  • 2 cupsall-purpose flour (about 250 grams)
  • 2 1/2 cupschocolate hazelnut spread (about 600 grams)
  • 4eggs
  • Butter, for greasing the pan

    In a bowl, use a mixer to combine all the ingredients until you have a smooth batter.

  2. 2

    Pour the batter into a buttered 9-inch (23 cm) round baking pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 340°F (170°C) with convection for 25 to 30 minutes.

    Do not bake for more than 30 minutes; the center should remain gooey.

    Serve with ice cream, heavy cream, or whipped cream.
