1 kgunripe mangoes
1/3 kgcrushed sugar
1 tspSalt,black salt,roasted &grinded cumin seeds each

Boil mangoes in the pressure cooker for 10mins with 6 glasses of water

Cool it &peel the upper layer of mangoes

Separate the pulp &grind it in the mixie

Add sugar in it while grinding

Take it out in a huge bowl

Add salt, black salt &grinded cumin seeds
7

Serve chilled
