  1. 1 kgunripe mangoes
  2. 1/3 kgcrushed sugar
  3. 1 tspSalt,black salt,roasted &grinded cumin seeds each

    Boil mangoes in the pressure cooker for 10mins with 6 glasses of water

  2. 2

    Cool it &peel the upper layer of mangoes

  3. 3

    Separate the pulp &grind it in the mixie

  4. 4

    Add sugar in it while grinding

  5. 5

    Take it out in a huge bowl

  6. 6

    Add salt, black salt &grinded cumin seeds

  7. 7

    Serve chilled
