1 cupvegetable oil
1 teaspoonvanilla flavour
2 cupsgrated zucchini
2 cupssugar
1 teaspoonmixed spice
1 teaspoonsal

Mix together the flour,baking soar,salt,mixed spice,and baking powder.

Beat the eggs, add sugar,vegatabe oil,vanilla flacour

.stir in the four mixture...the add the zucchini.
