First Peel the potato,wash and cut into ur desired (I like wedges shape)shape.leave it for 10 min in cold water.

Take kadhai or wok put oil in it.When oil warm probably add chopped potato. Stir and cover with lid.

After several min Stir again,when potatoes is half done add salt,turmeric,and crushed garlic, pepper and cumin seeds.along with green chilli.

Cook openly,Stir time to time.when potatoes luks crispy.turn off the flame.garnish with sm chilli flakes
