Ingredients

1 cupgrated lauki
200 mlmilk
2 tbspsugar
1 tspraisin
2 tspchop mixed nuts
1 tsppure ghee
as needed Few strands of saffron
2 pinchcinnamon powder
1/4 cupgrated mawa

Steps

Take a pan add lauki and ghee saute till golden brown colour add sugar and milk mix well.

Cook for 10 minutes add cinnamon powder,mawa,saffron,raisin and nuts mix.

After room temperature then set in fridge.

Serve cool 2 lauki kheer.
