Wash and soaked dal for 10 minutes.

Then pressure cook, add water and turmeric powder, salt cook till soft.

(For seasoning) Take a nonstick pan add 1 tbsp oil add cumin seeds fry for a second add hing and chopped onion saute till brown add chopped tomato and green chilli stir cook well.

Then add, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder stir well.

Then add cooked dal mix and Cook for 5 minutes Remove from heat.

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
