Steps

First, add one tbsp of oil to the frying pan and fry the 1 chopped onion.

Add two green chilies to another chopped onion and put it into grinder jar and grind it and make fine paste. Also make paste of ginger and garlic.

Keep a pan over gas.Put 4 to 5 tbsp of oil in it when the oil becomes hot, first add cumin seeds.After this, add bay leaves,After this add 1chopped green chilli in it.

When the bay leaves and cumin seeds become light red, add grounded onion in it and fry it until it turns red.

After this add Asafoetida in it and saute with a spoon, add ginger garlic paste and fry it lightly.

After this add cashewnut paste and fry it lightly.i have added cashew nuts paste in it for good test.

After this add chopped tomatoes and fry it too.

After this add all spices cumin powder, black pepper powder, turmeric powder, cinnamon powder in it and saute

Add half cup water and fry the spices well on medium to low flame.

After this add chopped mushroom in it and saute.add salt in it and saute with spoon.

Cook the mushroom by cover with a lid from 2:00 to 3:00 minutes on low flame.

Remove the lid and stir well with the spoon to the mushroom for 1minute.

Add fried onions in it and stir well with a spoon.Add chopped coriander leaves and saute with spoon.

Take it out in a bowl.Put chopped coriander leaves over it. Our lazeej mushroom do pyaja is ready.
